And another April's couple

It was difficult to have a walk outdoor after the ceremony because of heavy rain and wind, but this did not stop the bride and groom to enjoy their wonderful day. There is a saying that rain in wedding day is a good sign :)

This time I've decided to share with you pictures from the whole wedding day - this is my normal coverage on weddings

Some professional achievements

I've got good news - recently (well, quite, back in March :) ) I became a full member of the Master Photographers Association - the UK society of full-time professional photographers. I am glad that not only my clients like my wedding photo style... Now you can find me in the MPA's listing at www.thempa.com



I also joined the Wedding & Portrait Photographers International association(WPPI) - it's great to be in an international team :)

Very happy and in love to each other, Tatiana and Karl got married in both the church and the registry office on 6th March in England.

Feedback from a happily married couple

Wedding in Prague, 10/10/2009

I recently received a feedback from a couple who I photographed in October last year. You already saw DVD slideshows from their Love Story and wedding - I posted them to the blog in January. I'm glad that they like the photos - it seems I managed to capture their emotions :)


Hi Elena! Now we will add to the box of your most complimentary comments on your work. You know already that you’re just superb. But what is the name of the person who can bring you to your past and make you feeling the same emotions of the most wonderful moments of your life again and again? The name is Wizard (or Enchantress as you are). Elena, the things you do is real Magic! Argentine Tango

I enjoy the argentinin tango, and not only to watch but also to dance. In my opinion, this is the only dance where it is possible to express all the feelings: joy, sadness, passion, love, tenderness... This dance means a lot to me, it completely changed my life :) Unfortunately, now I don't have enough time to dance as much as I used to dance, but have a chance to photograph tango, which is also good.

And kids again

Just at the beginning of this year I photographed another family with a child, also in a studio. Just to share with you several pictures...

I'd like to show you something not related to weddings - a little baby, 6 months old, who I photographed with her parents at the end of December in studio. She is lovely, isn't she?



Despite her young age she behaved perfectly during the shoot and it the whole photosession went very well. I think we've got good results from a 2 hours shoot - see more photographs below

And not holding you very long after the Love Story video, I'd like to share the slide show from the same wedding in Prague.

The dressing style of the couple was so much in harmony with Prague's architecture style, for a moment it seemed to me that everything happens not in 21st century but in those old days when people used carriages...

The couple here looks slightly different, not like in the Love Story, but the same tender feelings remain between them
